Transitional and Supportive Housing

Transitional and Supportive Housing provides long-term housing, up to two years. Transitional Housing is provided for women with no children, and Supportive Housing if for women with children. These program are designed to allow women additional time to build self-sufficiency and independence.

Case Managers help to connect women with the needed resources that best fit their needs including community programs counseling, education and training. Case Managers work as a team with each client to create a plan to work toward self-sufficiency. The program’s goal is to assist survivors to create independent and safe lives. Services are provided in English and Spanish.
