Clearing your browser history
Chrome
- Open browser window.
- Click tools in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select “History” from the drop-down menu.
- Click “Clear browsing data” on the left hand side of the window.
- Check the boxes of the data you’d like to clear and click “Clear browsing data.”
Internet Explorer
- Open browser window.
- Click tools in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select “Internet Options” from the drop-down menu.
- On the “General” tab, in the Browsing history section, click the “Delete” button.
- Check the boxes of the data you’d like to clear and click “Delete.”
Mozilla Firefox
- Open browser window.
- Click tools in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select “Privacy & Security” from the menu on the left hand side.
- Scroll down the History Section, click the “Clear History” button.
- Check the boxes of the data you’d like to clear and click “Clear Now.”
Safari
- In the Safari app on your Mac, choose History.
- Select “Clear History” form the drop-down menu.
- Choose how far back you want to delete your history.
- Then, click the “Clear History” button.
